To this day I have had only one example of a High West Whiskey, Bourye. I like Bourye, and thus decided to expand my drink reservoir with some of their other delectable offerings.
Son of Bourye, is a lot like its dad. A great blend at a fair price.
A young whiskey, deep gold in color yet very smooth. You can smell the maple, you can smell the corn. The whiskey itself tastes great with no real bite.
One thing we know for sure, Jackalopes multiply. So keep an eye out for new releases of this up and coming blend.
